One of the best hotel stay experiences, ever. I've worked for Marriott and other high-end hotel chains and this hotel is top notch! The room was huge, most suites in other hotels are 250-300sqft. The room was sparkling clean, well maintained, I didn't have any problems with anything during our stay. We had to extend our stay & the general manager was very pleasant and easy to talk to. Very friendly and very professional as well. The overnight personnel was amazing too! Sierra was polite, helpful, kind and nice to talk to while I had to be up to do late night laundry. If ever I need to stay in a hotel in the area again, it will be Comfort Suites Clearwater/Dunedin!

Wonderful experience and well below our budget so that’s always a plus! Very clean room and the sleeper sofa looked like it had never even been used, and even the comforters on the beds looked brand new! We were pleasantly surprised with the breakfast they had to offer given the circumstances with Covid. The gentleman working, who I believe was the owner or manager, could not have been any nicer or more welcoming! He was awesome! We can’t wait to come back

Room was very clean, beds were comfortable and exactly what we needed after a long car ride. Complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of juices, coffee, muffins and egg sandwiches. Pool was outdoors and cold so we didn’t use it.

I had a great experience? The building could use some updating, but that did not detract from my visit. It's in a great location; close to downtown Dunedin, Honeymoon Island, Clearwater beach, Caladesi State Park and other attraction. The room was nice and big and the bed was comfortable. Was able to view a beautiful sunset every evening. Was looking forward to the waffle bar and other hot breakfast items, but unfortunately, due to Covid, they were not able to provide it. However, they did well at compensating for this. The front desk staff were kind and customer service oriented, especially Brian. He knows how to treat people.nThe only negative is that the walls are paper thin.nI would definitely stay here again!

Comfort Suites in Clearwater is lucky to have such a sweet employee as Sue at their front desk! She was so helpful, kind and she is a natural at great customer service.
