Rent very reasonable. Great group of people from all over, lots of things to do. Clean well cared for homes. Close to everything especially down town Dunedin. Toronto blue Jays. New stadium, spring training starts Sunday.
Great 55+ mobile home park. We've been here since 1998, and rent our unit for the winter months then come back in April.
They has a community sale. It was nice
Love visiting my friends here. I really like their heated pool. So cool to swim in winter time. :)
