This is a phenomenal pharmacy! The staff here is friendly, professional, and detail oriented. They are open for pick up and they deliver locally. They can also mail your prescriptions just about nationwide. Additionally, they compound anything from capsules and creams to eye drops and injections. I can't say enough great things about this pharmacy, so give them a chance and find out for yourself!

I have been going to Promise Pharmacy for years. Haley is wonderful, I have never had a bad encounter with him. I hate that I don’t get to see him as often, but proud of him as I have witness the transformation of his business! I never have to wait, and even with all the new people I have been treated with compassion. Although, I do miss all the old faces, I’m happy nonetheless.

Amazing experience at this location and compared to other pharmacies, I’d highly recommend this one to any and all new or existing patients here. I wasn’t even expecting that I’d be able to leave out the door within less than 8 minutes of handing my paperwork over to the pharmacist. Here I am thinking that I’d have to drop it off and then get a call back after two to three hours but nope, I was happily and pleasantly surprised at how friendly and quickly my short visit was!

I've had a horrible experiences with this Pharmacy. first prescription came to me different than what it was called in. Second prescription the pharmacy allowed FedEx to drop it off without a signature. it was dropped in front of a business that was not yet open for the day and never received by me. It took the pharmacy in extra week to resolve that. Third prescription was the best they forgot to send it, then I was told it was overnighted, and now I'm told they sent it ground even though it had a remain cold.

Bad experience with this so called pharmacy. Don't seem to know how to understand client concern and furthermore they don't care. In addition, it's cash only. What does this say???
