Stayed here several times when working in the area. Rooms and beds are comfortable, staff are friendly and helpful. Due to COVID, breakfast was done differently but still available. Love the water pressure in the shower, and that the a/c unit fan can be set to constant on and actually stays running.ud83dude42
Place was clean and well maintained. Located near lots of shops, but still remains quiet at night. Only real complaint I have is with the layout of the king suite. The bed is located right next to the wall a/c unit towards the back of the room so you either have to set the temp warm enough to not freeze and hear “it’s too hot” from the people sleeping on the other side of the room. Or put it on freezer mode and wear the Sherpa body suit you bought for your expedition to Everest! Other than that it was great!
The staff was awesome. The pool was fun for the kids but the pillows were not very good. Overall, it was good.
Brandon at the front desk was aware some. Thanks for a great stay. The suites here are outstanding. A great value near the beaches and restaurants
Hotel room was fine and clean but I left behind my iPhone charger and they decided to keep it for themself and told me they didn’t find it. Also housekeeping came in my room and cleaned while I was out and they took my white hair towel that must’ve looked like one of their hotel towels and I called and asked front desk to find my towel from housekeeping and they told me they didn’t find it either. I left the iPhone charger plugged into one of the lamp outlets and I know I forgot it there so someone must’ve kept it.
