I came here today to get an electric bike for my father. Both of the representatives at the shop gave my family and I such amazing service! They took their time to explain everything and made sure that my father was educated about safety precautions as well. Before we had a chance to leave, they adjusted the brakes, seat, and more. The couple Leo and Lea that own this star are prime examples of how a business should be run, amazing and personable service, very helpful and literally go above and beyond making things get taken care of for you! I used to live local and my buddy knew them and sent us, so we went and I’m so happy we took our business there. We bought items to ride around and my girlfriends they even offered to ship it home for us after she rode it. They made sure we had everything we needed and took real good care of us. They helped load us in the car and go so far above and beyond to ensure the greatest experience! These guys are amazing people and human beings! You WILL NOT have a bad experience here! My family and I are in town visiting (Orlando) and I found out that this store carried the Mantis 10!! Leo was very quick to respond to all of my messages and coordinated my friends driving down to Clearwater to pick it up for me. Although I didn’t get to meet Leo and his wife in store, my friends said you guys were very helpful with the purchase and pickup! Thanks again so much for your excellent customer service!
Very knowledgeable staff and excellent customer service. They really focus on customer satisfaction and you can tell right away. They also have a great selection of products. Highly recommended. Would give 10 stars if I could!
I wasn’t sure which ebike I was going to go with. Leo and Leah helped me choose the right bike for me and I love it! I’m glad that I tried out a few different one before I made my selection. Leo rode around with me and adjustments to make sure bike was a good fit. Would highly recommend this store!
