Awesome experience! I called and spoke with Leo about a bike I was looking for. They had one that was in stock, but not built yet. I came up and asked for Leo since he was helping me, but he was busy. Dan jumped in and spent a good hour with me reviewing specs, pros and cons of what I was looking for. I ended up leaving with the bike I called about, but I was extremely confident with the knowledge I obtained and felt confident that I made the right choice in my purchase. I manage a large team and the nicest thing I saw was that even after Dan helped me out for an hour, he still gave the sale to his coworker. You don’t see that often and it makes it feel like they are a true team. I heard a lot of laughing and joking in the maintenance and you could tell everyone loves what they do and have a passion for what they do. I love the vibe, I love the team, and I appreciate everyone going above and beyond. I will be back for sure. Also... I bought a specialized rock hopper when I was 12 from this exact location and the bike still looks brand new 25 years later!

We’ve been trying to get my bike fixed for months. They never have what we need in stock then they say they will order it. Then tell us to come in and tell us it’s still not in. He doesn’t seem to want to be bothered. Taking my bike to another shop in Dunedin.

Dropped in first thing on a Saturday morning to get 2 adjustments, brake and seat. Bruce took care of them right away. Excellent experience for the second time at Chainwheel Palm Harbor.

Great neighborhood bike shop feeling. Supports the cycling community and gets my kids bikes fixed quick when I can't.
