David's World Cycle

Bought my wife's bike here a few years ago. Brought it back for a tune up and they did a great job and didn't even charge us because we bought the bike there. Bought my bike there about a year later and just recently brought it in for a broken spoke (2/16) and figured I'd get a tune up while it's there. I was asked if I had an appointment. I didn't and had to make one to bring it in on 3/10. And she tried to sell me a maintenance plan for $149 and $35 to fix the spoke. I made the appointment but decided to look elsewhere. Brought it to Tarpon Tom's and left it there that day. The next day it was fixed and tuned up for $65. I won't be going back.

Looking for electric bikes, we initially went to a bike shop on Drew Street. Unfortunately, we were blown off by the sales guy, maybe because we said we just got the idea to buy them the day before. So we went to David’s. Collin took care of us and answered every question we had. We picked out bikes and accessories and had the accessories installed on the bikes for when we picked them up. Overall, just a really great experience with very helpful staff, who didn’t act like we were taking up their time. I would definitely recommend!

My Wife and I bought E-Bikes for each other back in July 2020, mid-covid. Finding them was hard, but somehow it happened. Unfortunately, her bike had to be replaced when a problem came up with it that could not be solved by Davids OR Trek. When it was decided that replacing the bike was the quickest option due to lack of inventory (everywhere, not just DWC) Davids management stepped up and got the wife into an upgraded model that was in stock locally. Now shes pedaling again. Thank you guys for helping us out.

We bought couple of cruisers a couple of years ago and returned last week to add a basket to mine. The staff at David's World Cycle was so accommodating and installed it for me. My husband had to take his bike in to get a tire repair. We bought the lifetime tire repair when we purchased our bikes but have never used it. Once again, the staff at David's took it in and repaired the tire. I recommend this bike shop for all your cycling needs. They even have clip in bike shoes for purchase.

All they cared about were selling bikes. We wanted a small piece and they shoved us off on to some kid. The kid had no clue what we were talking about. If you want to be treated like a nobody and like a tourist, then go here. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else. This company isn't even worth the star was given.
