Above and Beyond ServicenI was riding on the trail and needed a part. It was just before closing, but they were willing to take the extra time and do an installation for free on this inexpensive part.nIt really helped me out, and they were very nice and cheerful. They have a great stock of E-bike, kayaks, and fishing equipment.
Just left the shop with a brand new FeelFree Lure. We we're greeted as soon as we walked in. Employees we're extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Every question I had was answered, prices we're top notch, and I could not have had better service. Would highly recommend!!!nP.S. Ask for Franklin. Best salesman ever =)
Danielle is the best, found me the perfect kayak and the last in stock. The manager is a cool guy. The service is so good that my brought my friend in the next day to get his own kayak. Can’t recommend enough
Great customer service! We purchased a couple items that we wanted to put on our bikes and he let us use his tools to do so. Also helped us find the perfect lock to fit our needs.
Great experience with Bay City Outfitters. Danielle was extremely knowledgeable and the new owner took great care of us when we came to pick up my new kayak. Will be back when the kids are a little older to buy more from this business.
