After some questionable establishments it was nice to stay in a nice place where the staff was not over reaching on covid 19 empowerment. Their are those who assume authority they do not have and some go completely overboard. Thanks to your level headed and pleasant staff.

FOR THE PRICE RANGE AND LOCATION, clean, friendly staff, close to stores, beautiful decor, especially for the price range. I usually take the stairs, and the stairwells are fiflthy though. Elevators are clean. Room smelled nice and clean. Larger tv in room, walls, paint and floors look great. Room decor is nice and welcoming. Low water pressure though, been rained on harder trying to work. Honestly, it is a nice, clean, decently priced place with a friendly front desk. Wouldn't mind visiting again if l had to work out of town. One of the more decent places we have been down south for sure.

This was the best hotel you could ever ask for. The pool felt likes gods water. The rooms were the best rooms. The rooms are huge, bathrooms too. The breakfast was food actually food. I would tell everryone to go here.

I been staying at the Comfort Inn in Martinsburg West Virginia and I love it there, room is big and nice plus it’s clean the people in the front definitely treat me like family. So I came to visit West Palm Beach and decided to rent a room at the one on Lantana, the bathroom was dirty and the room is small and this morning I went down for breakfast just for the front end girl to treat me like I’m not paying my money to be here. I’m glad the lady Debbie stepped in and treated me and my kids like guests and not someone off the street.

After we checked into our 2nd floor room, we took the elevator that smelled very much like Marijuana, and the hallway smelled even worse! The room was dirty with stained blue chair and ottoman. The bathtub had black mold all around the edges. Turned around and went back to front desk and said we weren't happy and cancel our reservation. After we got home the hotel charged my credit card for the full 5 night stay! Contacted the hotel and spoke with General manager and he was supposed to get back to me. He hasn't called me back and now won't accept my phone calls. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT WAS NASTY! We went to Courtyard by Marriott in Boynton Beach, extremely happy and about 110.00 cheaper for 5 nights!
