Walgreens locks up tons of their products and you're supposed to be able to push a little button to get help. I did that and waited for 10 minutes and no one came so I asked the cashier to call someone twice waited another 20 minutes and no one ever came to assist me so I left. Terrible Customer service.

I love Walgreens alot it's my go to for quick and health products, great affordable prices and nice associate's and really generally a good atmosphere but today I was at a Walgreen's location 1634 S Federal Hwy Boynton Beach fl, 33435 shopping for vitamins I was looking around and I don't know if he was an assistant or the manager but he passed me twice in the aisle without any hello or acknowledgement. but then a young female walks by not even a minute goes by he automatically acknowledges her and ask if she needs help as if I didn't exist so that was quite off putting and unprofessional. It would be disappointing if such behaviour isn't checked it can customer's to go else. So all I like Walgreens and don't want them to lose a loyal customer better customer service is highly appreciated.

The person at the pharmacy was not at all helpful. First of all, his mask was down while he was talking with us and his head was wrapped around the plexiglass divider—what’s the point? He was incredibly inconsiderate in answering our question and entirely unhelpful.

I have been to EVERY Walgreens in the area and this is the ONLY one that I have had nothing but positive experiences, a VERY friendly staff and NOT ONE PROBLEM EVER! I have had nothing but problems with every other Walgreens- Boynton Commons, Hypoluxo and Congress and more. But this one has been WONDERFUL! I am so happy to FINALLY have found a good one!
