I have been visiting bicycle shops for many many decades and my bicycle experience includes everything from commuting to 2 transcontinental bike trips as well as tours in France, Italy and New Zealand. And I wish to say the staff at the By Cycle bike shop went above and beyond in customer service when I brought my wife’s bike in for service. Not only did they find a difficult to locate new part but when we picked up the bike they made sure the fit was perfect and spent time to get it just right. 5 Stars for sure.

Outstanding!!! I had experience a blowout of the rear as I was riding my bike and had thought the worse. I look for a bike shop and read the reviews on BY CYCLE -BIKE SHOP and they were accurate. I had some trouble rolling it in and opening the door. Angelica was there to assist with a lovely smile and welcome, their beautiful dog ,Bella,was resting on the floor. I then met Juan to whom I shared my story, Juan told me he would have to examine the tire to see the damage as he explain to me there are beads in the tire if I had busted them I would have to replace the tire with the tube. The education was informative because I also had over inflated the tire which on the outside read 116 PSI he shared 80 would be better suit the tire . Well he work on fixing it right then and there. Juan also adjusted the seat to my height and adjusted the rear brake after I payed the bill was Fantastic for the time spent. Thanks and nice to know honest folk .David & Angelica run a reasonable ,welcoming business and Juan knows his bikes and as a senior I appreciate a bargain as well as honest service.Outstanding,Tom of Delray Beach,Fl.
