This hotel is nice for a quick stay. Very clean and kept up pretty well. Very close to the airport and can car rentals about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Also conveniently located near the Palm Beach outlet mall. 15 minutes away from the beach. Many shops and resturants to choose from.
Facilities were very nice and comfortable. Host could not print my receipt for stay at checkout so I left my email for a digital copy. Five days later and I still haven’t received a copy. So I call tonight to get a copy and they were to busy to assist me and asked if they could call me back. Been waiting 30 minutes and still no call. Service is just as important as facilities when you pay $165.00 a night. Will not be back if I can help it.
Amazing is the only word to describe this hotel. The rooms are huge and spacious. They have a very comfy pull out couch, full kitchen and full fridge. The bed is amazing and room is very clean. Staff will greet you with a smile on their faces. Overall the staff at hotel is very nice. Highly recommend .
Horrible nights sleep in the squeaky sinkhole bed. Drove many hours and was unable to check in early at 1pm.nReturned later and did enjoy the nice kitchen area but both beds were like the letter U as in Unsleep-able. Seriously, it squeaked and sank at every move.nFor $180.00 it was a total Bust.nDo Not Stay Here unless you plan on staying up all night then this is your hotel.
The room was squeaky clean and incredibly well maintained. The staff was courteous and welcoming. I will definitely keep them in mind for a 3rd visit!
