Create a custom outside wood ceilingnWork was excellent and very neat and courteous.nHighly recommend as a first choice to get an estimate.nThe attention to detail was exceptional.nEven the follow up for a small unrelated project was handled very well.nThey will continue to do additional work for me.

We hired Carlos and his crew to remove our kitchen living and dining area and build a large kitchen area.nThey gutted everything including the old tile flooring.nThey had to reroute the plumbing pipes and electrical.nThey moved the air intake into the ceiling from the wall, we were able to use that additional space for cabinets and appliances.nHe went into the Attic and installed steel braces to provide more support in the ceiling, by doing this he was able to remove a wall and support the new ceiling.nnAfterward he used some of the leftover materials and built us an outdoor bar.nnWe feel fortunate to have met Carlos and the crew.nHe's a great person, honest, hardworking and never full of BS or drama.

We needed a wall from our den taken down from water damage and replaced.nCarlos and his crew were the nicest and talented hard workers we’ve seen in a long while. I will use again and highly recommend.

Construction on Demand did a fantastic job renovating my kitchen, replacing my flooring, sheet rock and interior structure due to water damage. The team were all professional, dependable, on-time, and worked through each day to get the job done. Carlos is terrific. He was always available and responsive to questions and requests. Cost was reasonable. I plan to use Construction on Demand again to renovate my bathroom and install hurricane windows. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors. Thank you Carlos.

The tile worker was very good, the counter tops where installed to my satisfaction, drywall and electrician all did good work. The plummer and cabinet installer was questionable but replaced and then everything turned out good. The only reason I gave a rating of 4 was the time line. If I had it to do over I would but completion dates on all work. With that understanding – yes I would recommend the company.
