For a Deer Valley hotel, I would expect more convenient accommodations. Continental breakfast is only provided during the ski season despite brisk summer business. No room service. They say they have WiFi, but SSID is hidden, assuming you have to ask, and I didn't bother. The room itself was very comfortable and well appointed.
Within easy walking of the base Lodge Deer Valley Mountain Resort. Alpine setting at its finest. Mountain Lodge contemporary design with luxuries and amenities one would hope for in a first class Resort. Check-in desk, nightly rentals, great pool for the kids, no restaurant, but close to Old Town Park City.
Would really really appreciate having a kettle in the room.
Staff was excellent. The shuttles were great, drivers friendly and knowledgeable and the wait times were almost non-existent. The room was perfect, could have used curtains on top of the blinds, but that's the only thing. Highly recommend staying here if you can.
We cant really complain about the amenities or pricing as we stayed for free due to a contest. When we checked in to our room, the resort seemed quiet and lovely. When we returned to our room at 6:30pm, we discovered an outdoor event was taking place directly below our bedroom window. People were yelling so loudly we could hear them two doors in while using the bathroom. When we asked the hotel to address this, their only solution was to wait until quiet hours at 10 for peace and quiet, or move to a much worse suite.
