Bill Hall came out and reviewed the project, showed me pictures throughout the project, offered me a fair price for the work. I was pleased with his work, although the proof will be in the long term work as the house gets more rain. So far I am pleased with my experience.

The technician arrived on time and began working (I was not at the site). Shortly afterward he contacted me regarding the availability of power. I told him I'd meet him there in about 20 minutes to open a door for him so he could access an outlet. He indicated that would be fine as he was out getting materials anyway. When he returned he seemed surprised to see me and asked if I was waiting on him. That was odd in and of itself given the prior phone conversation. He then proceed to tell me he wanted to go to the restaurant up the street and get breakfast which while I had no problem with it too seemed a bit odd. We discussed a few things and I told him I was leaving and to please lock the door and put the key back in the lock box. I requested this twice as I wasn't sure he was paying attention. He acknowledged and said no problem. I returned to the property 2 days later to find the door wide open with the key still in it. I would be very cautious of hiring these folks unless you have the time to babysit them. I've not been up on the roof to check his work yet but you can bet I will shortly.

Had a positive experience with Bill Hall from Roof RX. Very solid guy. Knows his stuff and works hard to make things right. Since this was a repair, I won't know how effective the work was until we get a few rains, so I gave a four rating. Might even be a five. Only time... and rain will tell. Thanks!

The Technician was excellent, and efficient, the Manager was attentive, and the company is very professional. thank you for repairing my roof and teaching me along the way.nas a new homeowner I am really grateful.

I had my roof repaired today. The technician was knowledgeable in his field, and above all he was honest, I would recommend this company to anyone. I received excellent service.
