There was a storm and Shingle Creek Roofing went above and beyond working late hours to make sure my roof was repaired. They were very communicative and friendly. I was updated through the entire process and felt at ease knowing a company I can trust was working on my home. I was more than pleased with the outcome and staff as they were very efficient. I would tell everyone I know to use them if you have any roofing needs.

I originally had my roof done by Shingle Creek Roofing in late Sept of 2019, which was done without a permit unbeknownst to me . I texted him in June 2020 telling him I had leaking that caused water damage. My roof never leaked prior to the replacement. Bryon, the owner, came out the next day, and had it patched a day later. When I talked with him a month later, he said he would have to replace the whole job at his own expense. In the mean time, I had a light fixture fill with water and the water damage kept accumulating. We finally got the roof replaced in mid Oct 2020, after being told it would be done Aug. 5-6th. He did the other sections of roof that weren't in the original contract, which was nice, but he hasn't finished the rest of the job. I'm still waiting on the drywall to be replaced and a section of drip edge that was supposed to be installed. The communication has been a major issue throughout my experience with Shingle Creek. When he used to return my calls, he would tell me what he thought I wanted to hear, but that isn't the problem anymore since he hasn't even answered a call or text since November. I have filed a complaint with the BBB, and hope that we can resolve this situation. I'll update my review if that happens

They did my sisters house they was awesome professional and courteous the workers was excellent I would recommend these people and they are trustworthy we had our roof replaced the hole roof they fixed all the leak or I should say what Ever needed to repaired they did it

The roof was replaced in two days but they never came back to perform adjacent repairs on damages caused during removal of old roofing, repairs to the internal drywall damaged by old roof leaks (it was part of the work scope) and reseat of rain gutters that were moved during the job.
