Club Wyndham Bonnet Creek

We frequent Bonnet Creek a lot and it is always wonderful! More importantly I want to speak to the helpfulness and professionalism of the staff, more particularly Gerard and Frederico of the front desk during my most recent stay. These Two amazing employees went above and beyond to assist me after a mishap with my booking reservation through a third party company.nnThese two could have easily turned me away after not being able to find my reservation but they remained persistent, kind and helpful beyond all measures for close to three hours as I stood there trying to get things fixed. They ensured that my family and I had a place at their resort so that we wouldn’t have to make that 4 plus hour drive back home (after just being on the road for the same amount of time.) Words couldn’t express my gratitude toward these gentlemen and I wish them nothing but the best in their endeavors!nnThis is the type of treatment and hospitality you can expect from this resort time and time again. I am forever grateful to these young men, as well all of the staff for always making my stays feel like I’m home. From the warm greetings of the security guards all the way around, you are treated with nothing but respect and friendliness. There should never be a reason to second guess staying at this resort!nnI also love that I’m never pressured to purchase a timeshare but honestly, after this last stay, had I been approached, I probably would’ve bought several. That’s how amazing this place is!

Despite being a huge resort it does not feel overly crowded and they do a good job keeping it clean. Multiple pools and a nice central lake make for pleasant spots to relax. The location is great and even with traffic is a quick commute to the Disney parks and downtown Orlando. They also have convenient wrist bands and scanners at the gate that use your room key to get into the resort.

Definitely one of the crown jewels of the Wyndham Vacation Resorts collection. Gorgeous grounds, beautifully decorated units, well appointed, pleasant staff and very clean. Multiple restaurants and pool areas, close to Disney theme parks. My first visit but definitely not my last. An extremely popular resort. I understand why. Book it If you can!

Loved our stay at WBC! The three bedroom unit was great for our family with young children + grandparents. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean and spacious, as always. This is our third stay in five years and we keep coming back because it offers tons of space and great amenities for a good value. Perfect place to stay and play when we aren't in the Disney parks!

Absolutely gorgeous! Rooms are absolutely gorgeous! Space and respect being given to families. Masks being warn. All good that way. BUT - the hot tubs were closed. I understand to an extent, but goodness people go on vacation to enjoy those extra amenities.
