3 stars because I paid less at a hotel and received free complimentary breakfast and I was given the assumption that they will have breakfast for all guests in morning to come by like a and grab n go that some hotels in the area give out..but you pay for everything including Parking So PLEASE ask questions my friends about all fees and ask about amenities and what do they offer before you book your room because things like the food and beverage and breakfast promotions on the property can be deceiving. . Be cautious and ask questions. ud83dudcacud83dudd96nnFinally...The good reasons to stay would be the location, High standards for cleaning, Friendly and Knowledgeable staff, Large rooms, Swimming pool and Hot tub, as well as 1 ☝ Amazing Bartender that makes a delicious Margarita ud83cudf79it is made by Mr.Carlos and that alone would make me come stay again just to have more ud83eudd2aud83dude02ud83dude02ud83dudc4dud83dudc4d. Hey they also have a playground for kids , A gift shop, A decent gym ,Conference rooms, and near by restaurants. So I would come back here its just that I had a bad experience but give this place a try and I wish you the best ud83dudc4c ud83dudc95 .
For starters I have stayed at Fairfield before and loved it and thought it was nice. So when booking again I had the same expectations. But I soon found that I was wrong. We entered the room and it had a weird smell, which was whatever. When I went into the bathroom, the wall paper was entirely coming off the wall and the tub just looked old and dirty. I had higher hopes for a Marriott hotel because they are usually nicer than that. To top off the stay, my side table was infested with ants. I couldn’t even set my phone down without ants crawling on it. I woke up in the middle of the night thinking ants were crawling on me. Long story short I had way too high of expectations for this hotel, and it really upset me that the room was gross.
Really nice place to stay and its close to all of the theme parks but also far enough away. When I arrived they informed me that the room I reserved was unavailable (which I still don't know how that happens but its cool) and upgraded my stay. The girl that checked me in (sorry I cannot remember her name) was very sweet and apologetic about it all. My children loved the indoor/outdoor pool. The rooms we had were nice and clean and big. We will likely stay here again when traveling to Orlando.
I’ve stayed in Marriott village once before , and really enjoyed my stay... I will say the staff is super friendly, but I’ve gotten 2 sets of keys changed for my room because they wouldn’t open my door , they did switch us into a new room, but while transferring to our new room a maid went in and started cleaning and got rid of my dogs food bowls and when I asked she acted like she had no clue what I was talking about when she was only 4 doors away from our old room.. now my dog is searching the room looking for his bowls because he’s hungry and thirsty and they don’t know where they went
What an amazing stay at Courtyard Marriott. Our entire stay was exactly as advertised. The rooms were beautiful, the pool was clean, the staff was very nice and helpful, the area was perfect and close to many restaurants and theme parks.
