My family of 6 loved our week long stay, so close and convenient to Disney World. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable, and the kitchen allowed us to shop at the local grocery stores and eat most meals in. We also enjoyed using the BBQ grill and patio space, as well as the lovely pool and hot tub.nnHotel staff were extremely helpful and graciously went out of their way to help us ship a piece of luggage that was left by mistake. We will definitely return!

I would never come back. Nasty carpet in a pet friendly room that hasn’t been clean in years. Drove in from TN and come to check in at 11:30am and got told our room wasn’t ready which we completely understand because check in is at 4 but the lady said we will get you in “I’ll let housekeeping know your here so they can get room clean so I said that would be awesome. So we waited under a shade tree with our pets till 3pm and I went back inside to check on room and was told room is not ready yet so finally at 4 I went back to front desk and the room was finally ready. Get inside the room and knowing I spent this much money for this makes it depressing. Also I paid for a room with pool view and don’t even see a pool no where near me. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’ve definitely stayed in places around here that is totally worth this price I paid. I should not have to complain. It’s there job to make sure the room is clean and these carpets are definitely noticeable when you walk in. My dogs don’t potty in the floor but smelling these carpets throw them completely off. I highly recommend getting rid of carpet in pet friendly rooms.

It's smaller than out normal choice but the villa was clean and looked pretty decent inside. They charged us a bit much for the room. We paid a little less than our normal price that we pay in a larger resort and stay more days. It was in a really good area but probably will not stay there again.

This has to be one of the best Hotels I've stayed at in my Life. Great Accommodations, with a Pool,Hot tub and Kiddie pool,Game room&Gazebo area to chill and relax. I'm definitely going back. Probably real soon
