Very clean. Nice size room. Great pool. Only bummer was they don't have their normal hot complimentary breakfast. They give you a yogurt muffin, granola bar and water. They do have coffee, but no juice for kids. Very friendly workers.
The pool was nice. There wasn't enough people working the front desk for the crowd size so check in took a while. Our room had 5 people but there were no hand towels or washclothes or enough soap for everyone. I tried to call the front desk to have some sent up but it stayed busy the whole time. Check out was efficient. Breakfast was a grab and go and was done by 9:30.
A terrible experience all around. We're here for a volleyball tournament. Have experienced so many issues. The AC in our room has never cooled below 74f - the first night I called and they said an engineer would show up but never did. The second day I called again and finally two engineers arrived to fix. They did a few things but in all honesty it didn't make much a difference Internet has been horrifically slow! I have not been able to be productive getting work done due to issues with slow internet. We requested fresh towels and it was like an act of congress to actually get towels. My daughter went downstairs to get towels for us and she was only given 2 towels and 2 hand towels. We also had issues with the room key not working. Finding a power outlet required unplugging the lamp. Just an older property in desperate need of a refresh.
The rooms were not cleaned well. Trash in between the bed and night stand. Bottom of toilet dirty. Upon arrival, the elevator wasn't working. Area where ice machine located was filthy. Checked out yesterday morning. In the way to Sea World I realize I had left my charger plugged in. I call the front desk and spoke to Daven he assured me that he would have house keeping bring it to the front desk. Long story short, it didn't happen. This is around 8:15PM I decided to go up to the room myself to see if anyone had checked in it and low and behold noone had. I was able to use my SAME Key and enter the room, guess what the room was just like we left it.. it had not been cleaned at all the entire day!!!!! We’re switched to a different hotel without notice. No fresh towels daily and the tv was restricted and toilet lid was broken off and set to the side. Spoke with manger about it. He assured me, someone will refresh the room and give fresh towels the next day. Needless to say, it never happened. Guest were throwing dirty towels and trash outside of their doors in order to get service. Just terrible!!! I’ll never stay there again! Poor service!!!
