This is a five-star resort all the way. There is some road maintenance going on but nothing that Google maps could not figure out. The staff has not only taken care of us by doing everything that is requested, but they have done it professionally and graciously. The property is excellently maintained and looks great. The room was very clean and we have had no problems with anything. Please wear your mask and enjoy your stay.
My family spent a week recently and had a great time! Staff was very receptive and were very helpful. Villa was setup perfectly and its a great place for families. I would definitely visit again when I come back to Orlando
We've stayed here for many, many years, every time we go to Disney. It's probably the most conveniently located hotel to get to the Parks, even more convenient sometimes than Disney's own resorts. We love the layout of the units, as we can fit several people in between the two rooms and the pullout couch. Even fit my entire bachelorette party into one unit! The kitchen is so nice and perfectly furnished, and we love saving money on food by cooking at home. Can't beat the awesome spa style showers, either. We love that it has its own pool and workout room but is also an accessible walk to the main pool, fitness center, spa, and restaurants at the World Center. The staff is great, especially the personalized service from Glenda. Beware that it is hidden WAY back behind the World Center and can be hard to locate for first-timers.
We only had one night here but the rooms are so nicely setup that we plan to come back and spend a week or more next time.
Great updated condo with plenty of room and everything you need. Short walk to Marriott World Center Pool and Fitness. Sabal Palms pool was also a nice quiet option. Son enjoyed the small playground. Friendly staff. Will absolutely be back!
