We can’t figure out where these high reviews are coming from? This place is a hot mess! Our go to Disney Hotel is the Four Seasons and this Hotel does not have their act together.nNo valet and no housekeeping. It was super disappointing after coming back after a long day of Disney expecting clean towels and having none. They don’t tell you these things on their advertising. When staying in a beautiful one bedroom suite we did expect housekeeping daily at this price point.nThere is also no room service and only one sit down restaurant. The other restaurant is order by app and pick up your own “to go” food. Need to call the front desk, a restaurant or housekeeping? Expect to call 8-10 times before you get through. Also! Pack your q-tips, shower cap and anything else you may need while traveling. You won’t find it here. Yes, these rooms and bathrooms are beautiful and new but this is a 2 star hotel and they leave out bare basics for you. Book your room at the Four Seasons if you prefer valet, amenities, restaurants, people to respond to you when you call, housekeeping, details, and so much more.

Beautiful resort. We stayed in a two bedroom villa. So nice and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. With the skyliner it was really convenient to get to Hollywood studios and Epcot. Not as convenient to go to Magic Kingdom but not a big deal. We stayed for 8 days and were all sad to leave. The room was as big as our house.

So far we have been here 2 days and if has been AMAZING!!! THE FOOD IS GREAT! THE ROOM WAS SO CLEAN!! AND THE AC IS SO COLD!!!! I LOVE IT!!! THE RESTAURANT UPSTAIRS IS A MUST DO!!! DINNER AND BRUNCH FOR SURE!!!

Beautiful resort. 2 big pools, a great pool bar, the restaurant has great food and views and the staff is very friendly. If you like any of the artwork in the hallway or your room, you can buy it in the gift shop and they ship it directly to you! Lots of outdoor space to walk, sit, and enjoy.

Amazing staff, as always with Disney.n21 years and still going for usnThe house keeping manager, made it even better. Above and beyond duties. The chefs made our daily meals wonderful.nThe COVID-19 precautions were above expectations which made my family very comfortable as our mom was with is.nThanks Disney Team
