We drove in from Atlanta. Ended up in bumper to bumper traffic during Orlando rush hour traffic.nArrived at Delta Hotel with a friendly hello from the Customer Service Check-In. The Customer Service man was very efficient & was checking in another group at the same time. The hotel is at a very convenient location near the entrance of Disney. Extremely clean. Our stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.
We stayed here over Martin Luther King weekend and really enjoyed out stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was clean and we constantly saw the house keeping staff cleaning thoroughly, a good thing in these times. The only knock is the decor was a bit outdated and it needs to be refreshed. I would recommend staying here any time.
This is a very nice hotel. Great guest service. We called ahead to see if we could do an early check-in, it was no problem. The hallways and rooms are clean. Bedding was clean. I still sprayed everything. Great location by the highway, restaurants and very near Walt Disney resort.
Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. We were not told the rooms were not going to get cleaned on a daily basis. We had booked ahead of time and their website did not specify this anywhere. hotel only cleans every 4 days. when you arrive that's when you find out. This explains why hardly to no staff is seen when you stay here. Unfortunately we ended with no choice since we did drove long hours and very late at night. It would have been nice to know this before hand. On the other hand, it seems they're in lack of staff because no one can be reached after 9-10pm. Pretty ridiculous to my point of view. Their prices do not reflect what they offer. I would not stay here ever again!!!
Really great hotel and even nicer people! I would stay here again anytime I come back to Orlando. Plus the price was very very reasonable. I'd give 10 stars if I could.
