I was hesitant to stay at B Resort & Spa after reading some of the reviews, but decided to give them a try since they are conveniently located close to Disney. There is an additional $65 to pay upon arrival for the resort fee plus parking. If you're staying more than 1 night the fee will be more because parking is a recurring fee. The parking pass expires the day you check out, but you are able to leave your vehicle there until you return from the parks. I was pleasantly surprised that there was already a crib in the room waiting for us for my 2 year old. Cleanliness of the room could be a little better. There were some spots on bathroom wall near the mirror that needed wiped down. There were more European outlets available then American, but I had read that in another review and brought a multi outlet plug to give us enough plug ins. Make sure to put a towel on the floor outside of the shower door. When the door is closed there is an open crack and quite a bit of water splashes out. The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of sleeping space for my family of 6 between the 2 queen beds, sleeper sofa(which is only comfortable for child under 10ish) and the crib. We didn't use any of the amenities, but the pool looked nice and my husband walked around and looked at everything. We'd like to come back and spend more time taking full use of the resort.

Staff was courteous, pool bartender was nice, and the lobby area is pretty. The two queen beds were firm but comfortable. The room however was super-dated and wasn’t clean. The air didn’t cool properly and the room was super humid and smelled strongly of mildew. You pay resort fees but there’s no housekeeping available. We were offered a one-time cleaning since we stayed six nights. There was slimy black mold on the shower floor and the hinges. The pullout was covered in mildew and the cover on the foam mattress wouldn’t zip exposing the flat, gross foam mattress. I put all of the sofa cushions under the mattress for cushion from the bar and the mildew. We stayed here while going to Disney. When we asked them to take care of the mattress, we were instead offered a different room. However, it meant waiting for a room and packing up our things- essentially losing a day of park tickets. :/We didn’t take the transportation because it wouldn't get us to parks by open or bring us back at close. Once you add resort fees and parking fees- you can stay on Disney property and get free park parking. Instead we drove ourselves adding another $25 per day.

My family and I will never stay here againnThis place looks like it use to be a awesome place to stay not so much anymorennWhen we got here our rooms were given a way the rooms we reserved were supposed to be next door to each other now we are on two different sides of the hotel Hotel on the outside looks awesome but it’s very out of date on the inside we have been here now for 4 days and there’s still cups around the pool area trash around the play area old fruit stuck on the ground since when have been here cups paper towels plastic forks laying around in plan sight in the rock next to the bushes and I think we are the only family here that does not smoke week the elevators hallways parking lot pool area and lobby almost always smell like weednNot really happy with this place at all for as much as we paid and being a handicap person parking is to far away from the room you either get towels and no rags or rags and no towels or you get nothing everyday and you have to call the front desk and wait 3 hoursnNo water pressure shower head was so clogged up I had to use a toothbrush to clean it myself just to be able to take a showernNo smoking cigarettes inside but I guess weed is findnCarpet is coming up in our room

I was a part of a party with multiple rooms. I checked in a day later from everyone else. The receptionist sent me to a room that’s was already taken by someone else in the party. When I called the the planner to double check to see if anyone was in my new rooms she got a slick attitude because I checked after her. On the last day of our stay, we waited for extra towels that we didn’t receive. The planner was charged more than what was quoted through the third party app he used. I must say the beds were comfortable.

The hotel was average. It definitely needs updating in most places. The outdoor area was nice but the rooms seemed old. I understand people using the word resort but I can't say it holds to the luxury of that word. The walk to Disney Springs was perfect though and the location is amazing. Luis helped us during check in and was absolutely perfect. His service bumped this from a 2 star to 3 star.
