This is one of the most dishonest and falsely reputable companies boasting flex vacation packages that I have come across. When you try to contact them to express concerns or dissent, they completely ignore you. Even stopping payments to this company doesn’t get their attention enough to warrant acknowledgement. I wish we could rewind the clock and tell ourselves what we know now before we signed the contract. RUN, don’t walk, away from this company.
Great resort stay. The kids enjoyed the pool & my wife & I were glad to have time in the hottub. Sauna was a bit confusing to turn on but glad to experience aromatherapy steam room! (Great idea)nThe only complaint would be shower head & the water that turns iceberg cold unexpectedly while you showered!nOther than that, we REALLY enjoyed our stay. Beds & pillows are comfortable!
Amazing service very nice people lots to do. Great vacation spot
It's a good place, keep your things in the safe. The escape thing was cool. Do not go to the time share meeting it was WAY longer then they said, and they do high presser sales. Wasn't all that great with the food on site in resort area. I would not stay there again!!
Always have family fun at this place! We've been going for over 25 years!!
