Spent a free night here with my Marriott rewards. Glad I didn't spend money because my wife and I were not impressed. Bed was hard as a rock, the pills our head sunk all the way through, the shower was some open design where cold air came through. Would rate lower but the staff was great and friendly. No continental breakfast either!
We enjoyed our 4 night stay. The staff was very professional. Rooms are comfortable and inviting after a day around town.
Nice, modern well kept facility. Nice Gulf views. The only thing that I thought would have been nicer was if the rooms had outside balconies.
I've been traveling to Fort Walton on and off for a year. There's only 4 hotels I rotate through and the Courtyard is one of them. The staff has always been good to me here. While the beaches are open There's a convenient walkway right from the lobby to the sand. I tend to stay long term and it's nice to have a gym and laundry on site and I've never had an issue with either. I only wish the Bistro had better selections with the reduced menu. My favorite item was the grilled cheese and soup, but it was not available even though it seemed like it would have been an easy staple to keep on the menu.
Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly. Internet was easy to use and fast. Can't go wrong here. The hotel was not full during my visit, but I was impressed. Pool looked inviting. Beach is awesome.
