THIS IS NOT A HOTEL ANYMORE. It became bank owned and turned into apartments after Hurricane Ivan in 2006. It was recently purchased and the new owners have begun a massive renovation. It has a pool, Gym, dog walk, fire pits, on site laundry, laminate wood floors (because of living at beach), granite counters, custom shelving, new stainless steel appliances, assigned on site parking AND is literally 200 feet from your front door to the beach. Awesome.
