Staff was so rude. The check in experience was horrible. They do not rent to locals. They are not dog friendly. I have an ESA with official documentation and was able to stay with my dog. The door had a huge gap and hotel seems a bit run down. Price is reasonable by comparison to others in the area but is really based on location and quality. You get what you pay for.
It had good hot water. It was however pretty run down and not very clean. We called and asked each day for housekeeping to skip our room due to Covid and we saw they weren't wearing masks when cleaning the rooms. Each day the housekeeper went in anyway, even after calling each day, and talking to her in person about it.
Rooms were clean and housekeeping was great! There is also a nice park right across the street with a dog run.
We got a room with a spa tub. Everything in the room was great. The wifi signal was nonexistent where we were at, last room from the office on the 2nd floor. The other guest were obnoxious at 4am and kept waking us up using vulgarities outside our room. Not the hotel's fault. The tub was awesome. Public dog park and playground directly across the street.
Front desk associate was nice and answered all my questions.nThe room was clean but had a noticeable odor remover smell.nBed and pillows were comfortable.
