Front desk lady was NOT good in any way or form. Get a happy person to greet guests. We will not stay at this inn again. We really love Comfort Inn and Suites. This one ranks as a warning to people wanting a friendly place to stay. No breakfast and under ripe tangerines. 2 day stay was a big mistake.
My sister and I stayed 6 nights. Front desk staff were very friendly. Rooms and hotel could have been cleaner. Hallway and elevator smelled musty. Coffee was good. Price for room was good.
Got stuck in Destin during Spring Break but managed to find a nice and clean room! The lady at the front desk was amazing and helped us find a store close-by to get the essentials we didn't know we'd need. I wish I had gotten her name.. Would love to let the managers know that she was a beacon of help/hope in a pretty messed up situation.
Clean. Good customer service. Modern looking room. A little noisy. My room is on the first/ground floor. I can hear and feel doors slamming. My bed and headboard shook when neighboring doors down the hall were slammed. I can also feel and hear an outdoor/ exit door closing. I can also hear men/TV talking in the next room. I can also hear road noise.
My family and I stayed here five nights, it was a GREAT experience!!! Our room was CLEAN, the staff is amazing!! Liz, Kelia, and James were very friendly and helpful! Hands down we will be back to stay here!!
