I always love staying at Holiday Inn Express. The beds and pillows are the best. The staff is super friendly and even had a sense of humor. Great place to stay!!
Very nice hotel. Nice renovations. Convenient location to restaurants and beaches.
The manager nick canceled my reservation without my permission so I asked about two other nights and he told me price so I told him I would call him back if I wanted it. Well I didn't call back I wasn't paying 1,300 for 2 night so he booked it again without my permission. That was 1,600 he took out my account and was rude about it that he had to reserve in order to keep for me if I wanted it
Worst service I’ve ever encountered. The microwave in the room didn’t work. And when we asked to return the popcorn that was popped BY THE FRONT DESK and was BURNT to nothing, they said no. When we called to ask for more toilet paper we were asked to come get it ourselves from the front desk. TALK ABOUT LAZY. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.
Very nice hotel. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We couldn't serve ourselves breakfast because of Covid and they had a staff member get our items for us instead. That's understandable. About 10 minutes away from the beach and also close to good restaurants. We will definitely consider staying here again when we're in town.
