I cancelled a reservation and was allowed to move the reservation to another date. When I rescheduled I had to sign a new contract. I ended up needing to cancel a second time for health reasons, well within the cancellation time of the NEW signed contract. Initially a credit was issued to me minus the 10%. I had no problem with this since it was stated within the contract. I received an email showing the amount of credit to expect. The next day Marcie ( I believe was her name) called and said no credit would be allowed but I could use the money I had paid then before the end of 2021. Because I went to the CC company trying to get my money back she was mad and decided that I would not be allowed to use the credit or reschedule as I had originally been told. This company is now stealing almost $1500 from me. I have emails and paperwork backing all this up. So BEWARE!!

The building is very close to swimming pool and beach... hardly 2 mins walk. The beach near the building is very nice and clean.nThe issue with the property was with cleanliness. The pots and pans were not clean. There were cobwebs and was dust in many areas of the house. The fixtures and bathrooms are dated.nThe only reason to stay at this place is closeness to the pool and beach.

Huge ant problem. I appreciate maintenance coming to spray within 45 mins from me calling but after 12 hrs they were just as bad. I had to throw out $30 worth of food because of it. The dishwasher was moldy inside (could be left cracked open to dry out) and top rack didn't have a hinge to stop the top rack from pulling off the track so I almost dropped a whole rack full of dishes. The sofa was a bit dingy and it would of been nice to have a bottle of windex for the glass dining room table. The rooms were spacious and nicely updated bathrooms. We stayed in 207 Sailmaker.

We booked a 6 night stay at the sandcastles here and the ladies at the office were very professional and helped guide us through the local area with dining and activities. The pictures on the web were very representative of what we received and we had a fantastic time.
