I would honestly give this hotel zero stars if I could. First off, when I arrived in the room and was about to unpack I saw a pair o socks on the floor that was not mine. It was directly in front of the tv. It wasn't underneath anything or hidden, it was out in the open. That means that the room wasn't thoroughly examined and sanitized before us getting there. Then number 2, when we were about to take a shower we looked and the tub was dirty. I had to buy cleaning products because I didn't even trust them to clean the rooms well enough. Number 3.... if I plan on staying in a hotel for longer than a day or 2 there should be a plethora of towels and wash rags. Why do I have to ask the front desk WHEN THEY DON'T EVEN GET BACK TO ME IMMEDIATELY. I have to wait a very long time for them to get back to me. Then not only that but the pull-out bed had no linens on them. They had to give me extra linens. Shouldn't the bed even have a fitted sheet on it? Not only that but my bedsheets weren't cleaned properly. It was just way too many troubles that this hotel put me and my family through. The room had a very disturbing odor to it and it did not go away. Being in that room was very depressing. I attempted to get a refund and they were trying to only give me my money back for the other nights that I booked. We had three different rooms and none of them were up to par. The first chance we got we found something else because this place is A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. If you come across my review please take my advice and do not come to this hotel.

I was booking 5 nights in this hotel. After 16 hr flight we arrived to the hotel, checked in and went to the room. The room smells mold and bad. They gave me another room which was a disaster. Smells mold in addition to fish being cooked in the room. That was in night and no other hotel available. The hotel duty manager is helpless. He told us I have no rooms. We were having no other option except for staying this night in the room. In the early morning I searched and found another hotel but they hotel duty manager insisted to charge one night and refunded the remaining 4 nights without even an apology for the quality of room they have.

The place is good if you want a kitchen to cook. I can see that people stay here if they are working in the city. Today I saw two things that I didn't like: 1- employees smoking while working while is very unprofessional and disgusting. 2- a group of construction workers drinking beer on a table outside. That didn't go well with me. The place is not $40 a night so they should do better with those things that I mentioned. Now we are dealing with a pandemic but the employees removed the mask to smoke and go inside with not mask. Hopefully they will do something about it.

Clean and cozy great location access to expressway,policy concerning housekeeping procedures should be explained better at check-in.

I was impressed with the rooms. I felt as if I was staying in a timeshare. The rooms were nicely clean but smelled a bit moldly.
