The Photo Department is horrible I went there yesterday at 9:00pm to have my photo taken for my passport and I was told the photo department was already closed so they told me to comeback tomorrow between 5:00 and 8:00 pm so I went back today at 7:00 and they told me it was already closed so now they tell me to comeback tomorrow at 6:00 pm . How frustrating it is to take a simplenPassport photo why are you guys closed so early for a simple photo. You guys realize we work from 5 :00 am to 5:00 pm , I have never had any issues taking a simple photo with any store . You guys are the first Store to make a big deal for a simple photo. I’m in shocked

I don't understand why people are complaining so much. I have never waited in line inside for more then 20 minutes. Outside I've waited 25 minutes at most. I've been coming here for years, no problems. Staff has never treated me with disrespect or rolled their eyes or looked at me wrong. I know that everyone wants their Rx fast. Try to be patient and not fuzz so much, wait your turn. It's not the pharmacy technicians fault that they are short staffed. You should voice your complaints to the corporate office since you know its going to be slow in this Hialeah Walgreens, go to another one then. There are choices you can make. Maybe the ones with attitudes are you the customers. You complain probably loud enough to be heard by them in the pharmacy area. Put yourself in their situation and think how would you feel if people are constantly saying horrible things about me. What would you do. How would you react when that customer or customers come to the window.?? We are going through a chaotic time right now and have been ,be kind cause KARMA IS A B****!!!! Random act of kindness , (A.R.K) God sees all and hears all, don't judge or call people names, if you do that it just shows the kind of person you are. This is a nice place you just have to be in the right frame of mind. If your in a hurry, no where will be suitable for you . Remember A.R.K....God bless all of you that wrote a bad review and to all others thank you for your kindness.

If I could give it a 0 I would, I have been in drive through line for over 25 min to get my mothers medicine one attended , I decide to park and go in and there’s another wait time of like 30 min 1 employee at pharmacy she then started attending cars by this time I’m so annoyed and mad, yet she stops attending people inside and starts answering phones, maybe is not her fault but they sure need more employees people shouldn’t have to wait an hour to just get medicine !!!!!!! This in insane and incredible!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then again worst Walgreens in Hialeah won’t come here ever again it’s not the first time it happened. People save your self some time and go elsewhere.

There is this lady in pharmacy and she is so rude. Every time you ask her something she rolls her eyes and gives you a nasty look. She has horrible customer service.

I want to talk about the photo department for you can be advise , horrible service, first they ignore me, the lady that was working there at soon she saw me she left to star talking with another coworker about personal stuff and ignore me and let me their without tell me any word, other people start coming to the photo department and fallow me in the line and they saw was happening and one of them decide to ask them if someone going to help us and with a bad face and actitud she said that she will go, when she arrived to the department with a bad actitud say what you want referring to me and at soon I tell her that I need print some photos she say that I have to do it my self and ignore me again and take next customer and also with bad actitud talk to him, at the end i left the place without taking the photos because the bad experience and bad treatment, they have people working there that they don’t want to work and care about the wonderful company that it’s Walgreens, unfortunately to say that the Walgreens close to my house has this people working there.
