Just had the most pleasant interaction with Kyra in the pharmacy over the phone. Everyone there and anywhere else should take a look at how this young lady treats and talks to customers. She was able to answer all my questions and resolve my issues with a delightful attitude and willingness to help. Hats off to this young lady. Take care of this employee CVS she made you look good today.
The pharmacy staff is not helpful. They talk to you like their in high school. They hang up on you whole your speaking. When you ask for an explanation they don't have one. They're disgusting.
They did not fill my prescription and did not bother to give me a courtesy call to tell me they have no meds. I guess the pharm tech dont like it when people give her Rx from plastic surgery clinics. Yall need to replace your unprofessional hater staff

Had a Covid 19 appointment waited 45 minutes and when I got to window they told me nurse took a lunch break and couldn’t do my test till after 2pm. Completely unprofessional I do not recommend
