Wisconsin Roofing recently completed a replacement roof on my ranch style house for me and I would like to say that Jim and his crew did an excellent job. I solicited three quotes from local roofers and of the three, Jim was the only one to go up and physically inspect the roof and document potential problem areas. He showed up on time and was present on the job site. I was also impressed that the equipment they used was newer and in good repair. There were 8 guys on the roof and each one knew what to do, and when it needed to be done. Clean up was exceptional and done quickly. The Raindrop gutter guards are fantastic. Great job Jim! Wisconsin Roofing did an excellent job on replacing our roof and gutters and installing new aluminum flashing over our existing wood soffit and fascia. Jim was great to work with. He was very responsive and willing to answer all the questions I had. His proposal was very detailed and clearly explained the services that were going to be performed. Mario and the roofing crew did an awesome job and completed the entire project in the time frame expected. Overall, I was pleased with the experience and quality of work received and will be recommending Jim to others.
Wisconsin Roofing did a great job on our roof. We have a 40 year old house that had some issues with leaking, rotten boards and improper ventilation and insulation. They fixed everything and the price was very reasonable. Roof looks great now! Jim is very professional and responsive. Highly recommended!
I cannot say enough good things about Jim and our experience with Wisconsin Roofing. As first-time home owners we had no idea that what seemed like a minor leak was due to so many underlying ventilation issues. Jim explained everything his team was going to do in great detail. His employees work so incredibly hard and were very professional. Would highly recommend!
Working with Jim and his crew was a pleasant experience from start to finish. I knew we were in good hands when Jim arrived for the initial inspection fully prepared with paperwork, sketches and camera in hand. We had a more complicated situation with the roof on a home we had purchased then a straight replacement and it felt like an overwhelming task but Wisconsin Roofing came in under budget and over delivered which was a huge relief for us and feeling safe about our long term financial investment. The crew worked very hard and was diligent about the clean-up of our property during and after the job was complete. Jim even helped us outsource to have our chimney repaired which was in bad shape with someone he trusted that did a fantastic job also. We would not hesitate to recommend Jim and Wisconsin Roofing to anyone looking for a responsible and reasonable roofing and/or repair job in Milwaukee.
