Smelled very bad inside the hotel. The front desk clerk was very rude. Updated the rates higher and had me and an another gentleman at the front desk telling us we could bid for the room. phone said 52 the man up the rate to 70 and told me and the gentleman it was the last room he had. then the desk clerk called me a liar that the rates on the phone was 70 i pulled it up on Google and he said that wasn't right and the room was 70. So i told the gentlemen he could have the room but he should book it online he could get it cheaper. The Front desk clerk kid me out the hotel. Man was really rude but it was fine i didn't want the room because if it smelled anything like the actual hotel it was bad. don't recommend. much nicer hotels around that place. We went to the Comfort Inn
If I could give it less stars I would. I am never one to write reviews so please take the time to read this one. DO NOT STAY HERE the entire hotel is dirty. The first room I arrived in was so dirty I demanded a change, for 20 dollars cash I was moved to another room, but it wasn’t much different than the first. The room smelled like smoke and smelled moist. The shower curtains and door had mildew. The shower was dirty and the towels had pubic hairs on them. The bed sheets were yellow. You will Not feel comfortable here.
We tried several times to call front desk. Nobody answer promptly. Terrible customer service.
No towells some of the staff was rude and the air conditioning in my room wasn't cooling
This hotel is ran by thieves. Our daughter booked one night and canceled immediately after, within the cancellation window. She was charged for her stay, even though her reservation shows canceled. We’ve called the hotel multiple times and was transferred to the manager who never answers the phone. Booking.com has attempted to contact the hotel multiple times and the hotel is refusing to resolve the issue. I’ve never had this issue with any hotel before. You get what you pay for. Absolutely stay away!
