Decent service during pandemic. They should have set up at least a few outdoor tables for breakfast.
Not clean enough for my taste but served its purpose for 1 night waiting on my connecting flight.
Very nice workers, fast service and very nice room
Never will ever stay at any of this brand hotels again. This hotel is old but that’s still not the issue. Toilet doesn’t flush and can’t flush. Have to call front desk to get maintenance every time you need it flushed. Didn’t have to have a fridge in the room but since there is one I think it should at least work. The smell in the hall way is not too welcoming but even worst in the room. These rooms don’t get any care at all. My skin crawled from the minute I stepped out the elevator to go to the room and even worst in the room. The pictures of this place are completely deceiving or from years ago when it was newly built. Parking is limited with a sign that says park at your own risk. Definitely a 0 in my book.
I was extremely happy with my recent stay at The Clarion Inn near Miami International Airport!nFrom the moment that I checked in to checkout, everything was great! The hotel staff was always helpful and cheerful. It really was service with a smile! All my questions and inquiries were quickly and totally answered. I had a problem with my room TV, told the front desk about it, and LESS THAN 5 MINUTES LATER, THE MAINTENANCE MAN WAS KNOCKING AT MY DOOR TO FIX THE PROBLEM! Fantastic! You just don't get that high level of customer service any more.nI spoke with the hotel management ( Mr. Harris ) several times and was impressed with his high level of professional knowledge and deportment.nLastly, the room and bathroom were clean and well kept.nIf I return to Miami in the near future, I will book my stay again at the Clarion Inn in Miami Springs by the airport. If you are looking for a hotel in that area, look no further. You will be pleased.
