My wife and I stayed here for a few days, very nice hotel. Hotel is currently going under reconstruction so the front desk is a little hidden but overall the rooms are very clean and modern compared to their older pictures! Very convenient if you need to go to MIA and isn't far from other touristic cities. Will definitely stop by if we ever see us going down to Miami again
The room was nice clean and simple space. everywhere is clean and safe area its quiet most of the time in this hotel. Front desk make sure we are all safe and welcomed pretty ok here
Unfortunately I had a very bad experience here, went on a getaway with a group of friends thought this was a safe place to stay but upon returning to our room we would that our stuff was missing! The only people who had access to the room were ourselves and the hotel employees as they checked how many times the door was open with the key and it was only once when room service went to clean it up and we were all out the room. They found our stuff on the floor a little before the lobby which was very disappointing to know that the hotel employees looked through all our stuff and then dropped it off as if it was garbage. We were not offered a refund or a free night or anything from the hotel. I would totally avoid at all costs, go find a better hotel even if you have to pay more its best for your safety and your personal belongings safety, to pay for a decent honest hotel experience with honest, LOYAL staff. Be blessed everyone.
Nice experience from check-in to check-out. Front desk staff very pleasant and willing to help with every request. Stayed in a newly re-done room. Practically every fixture was brand new, in and out of the room. Big plus with the free parking. The area was also very nice. Very little airport noise, a big, beautiful golf course behind the hotel and walking distance to food and groceries. A must-stay if you need to be close to the airport.
The entire staff has been PHENOMENAL. I stayed 8 days. I felt I was a bit needed lol but when I tell you they treated me like royalty. They brought things to my room for me. I never lacked in any area and they did it with a smile. Not one staff member was rude or made me feel like I was a bother. I would absolutely come back. You will not regret staying here.
