It's a nice hotel, great location. Very accommodating with a room switch when we had a rompers room above us all night long. Will stay here again.
Check in staff was nice. I think this is in a slightly sketchy area in Miami. Not awful but not great. Room was not great. No hot water until about 5 minutes after shower started (my soul left my body y’all). There were hairs in the shower. Towels and bedding appeared clean. Bed was comfortable. But the really bad part was that the toilet seat was left up. When I lowered it, the seat was Smeared with something brownish. I had alcohol Word from another hotel and so I cleaned it but I’m SO GLAD I’m a guy and didn’t have to sit.
This place was easy too expensive for the room. There was a strong moldy smell with stains on dressers, curtain and in the bathtub. Look under the bed to discover the hotels dark history, because oh boy they failed to clean under there. Poor front desk girl was the only on site to service so many rooms. There was a doggy bag breakfast with a muffin a pack of cereal and no milk, definitely not continental.
Bed was fine, noise level was medium with the airport right across the street. Had issues with wifi and hot water,had to call into to get hot water flipped on. Last night there was able to get the 1st fl wifi. Next day, hot water was off!
Not great but not terrible. Staff was friendly but rooms were quite outdated. Breakfast was average but the juice was passion fruit juice was fantastic.
