I interviewed this roofer for a complete roof replacement. Initially I was impressed with the knowledge base of the salesperson David. However there was a breakdown on customer service after the interview. I found that his voicemail was constantly full so that I could never leave a message. I reverted to text messages in a attempt to communicate. The first time that I was able to verbally talk to him by phone after not hearing from him for a couple of weeks, David seemed Annoyed that I bothered him when checking on the status of a application his company was submitting for a program that we wanted to use. This was important to us as customers. I also told him that we needed to modify the contract proposal because the contract said something different then what he said verbally. This was also important for the program. 3 weeks went by... voicemail full... I was able to text a message to him asking for simply a status update. I then was able to talk verbally with him and David was hostile and combative. Annoyed that I called him, I was just trying to find out where we were in the process, so that we could get the contract modified and submit to the program. He responded, “I don’t call and bother people!” How am I supposed to know what his company has or hasn’t done? In a attempt at a olive branch reach Out I called David(Being Super Nice) To try and see what I did wrong in this Whole matter, David quickly stated he didn’t want to do business and quickly and rudely hung up the phone. Personally, I don’t see what was wrong placing two contact tries in 5 weeks in a attempt To find out what was going on. It made we wonder if I had a warranty issue or some other problem With the roof what was going to happen? Voicemail full? Annoyed then hung up on? No return call at all?

I’ll called this company to come look at my roof, I had loose/broke tiles. The guy came out with in 2 hours and gave me the all clear! Roof It’s fine! Came out to give the guy a check and he said no cost! Amazing Thanks for checking this for us. When I need a roof company I will give you a call!! #1 in my book!!
