Holiday Inn Club Vacations Sunset Cove Resort

Our stay was incredible! The pool was awesome, hot tub was hot, easy walking access to restaurants and bars on the marina. We stayed in one (out of two?) of the villas with an open air balcony so we could catch some sun in privacy. We were able to make home-cooked meals and fresh coffee/espresso in the kitchen, but the knives were very dull. The dishwasher didn't clean that well but I'm used to washing by hand anyway.nWould definitely recommend this place!nnEdit: Forgot to mention they loan out bikes, beach chairs and beach towels at no charge which is incredible. Plus they will shuttle you to beach access points so you don't have to worry about parking (which can be a nightmare)

The person at the front desk, Dan, was absolutely amazing. Whenever we had questions about the area, the hotel, or absolutely anything he would help us out tremendously. He always made sure that our experience at the hotel was perfect (which is definitely was) and addressed even the slightest issue. This place probably has the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. The people who drove the shuttle for the beach, I believe one of the names was Diego I cannot remember the other one though (maybe Dave?) helped us find amazing places to go for beautiful sights. All of these people were very friendly and we just enjoyed talking with them whenever we saw them. Sometimes, since we are a younger couple, my boyfriend and I experience a bit of bias amongst the staff, particularly at other locations, but this was not the case at Sunset Cove at all. Whenever my next vacation is I will absolutely book it with this resort again!

Clean and safe place to be this Pandemic. It's near to a grocery store Windixie. It also has free access to bicycles. Very nice place

Elegant suites in an intimate setting. Heated pool, spa, right on the canal. Cannot overstate the friendliness and efficiency of the staff and the general manager. Overall excellent experience!

Place has fantastic customer service and comfortable beds. The real bummer was you can't use the bed or HOT TUB after 5pm. So say goodbye to late night soaks, they won't let you do it. I guess the customer isn't always right at this place.
