Marriott's Crystal Shores

Love coming here. Location is excellent. Little different feel than the last time we were here though. Probably due to Covid, but the kids games and activities have diminished quite a bit: no welcome gift, no corn hole, shuffle board, or ping pong tourney for kids. Felt a lot more pressure to sign up for a “sales meeting” when checked in. This was a huge turn-off! The girl who checked us in, Esther, acted like it was her first day on the job. Took much longer than some of the other attendants checking in folks quickly.nHowever, the room was ready early to check in, it was very clean and you cannot beat having a full kitchen! The view of the pool and ocean is remarkable!nI’m sure things will get better once Covid is not as much of a concern.

Erin Helm and the hotel staff went above and beyond to help plan a surprise for our dad's 60th Birthday. They helped us coordinate with a local restaurant and left a thoughtful card / balloons in their room prior to check-in. Truly grade-A service from Marriott, clearly do everything they can to ensure a great experience for their guests. Thanks!

We had a fantastic visit! The staff was very helpful and friendly. There was always someone cleaning something. And they had several Covid restrictions which made us feel very safe on the premises. They have a wonderful water slide and the campus overall is beautiful. Directly on the beach with great other amenities near by. Very modern design and most rooms are villa style with stocked kitchens. Great for families as well. Has a pizza shop and grill/ bar on site and a great gym.

Always a pleasure to stay!nnWhat can I say, I love the way Marriott sets up their vacation homes...especially during the pandemic. Not only is everything is immaculate, but I feel very comfortable staying here.nnThe facilities are great. Each unit has everything you need to cook full meals if you don't feel like going out and all the equipment is top notch. There are also quite a few restaurants within walking diatance.nnThey have 3 pools on campus and plenty of lounge space. The fitness facility euipment is nicer than a lot of gyms I've visited.nnGreat beach access.

One of the Most amazing places, the pool was perfect the room was perfect and it had such a beautiful view from every bedroom and the balcony !
