Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa

Very welcoming lobby. Spacious and clean rooms. Fantastic views. Pool was on the smaller size for such a big resort. The beach amenities were great. Breakfast in the restaurant was good but very expensive. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance was a huge plus. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a future return for us.

Came here to meet some friends and to celebrate our wedding anniversary on March 11th. Drove from Coral Springs and requested an early check-in.nWhen we'd arrived, our room wasn't ready but a suite was for additional charges- of course.nI said no, wife said yes- how do you think THAT ended?nLOLsnWe go upstairs and the suite IS pretty rad.nSweeping views, very nice couple of rooms, two bathrooms, etc.nBeach is very nice, TC was very helpful at the pool with suggestions for dinner, sunset views- very personable, nice guy.nThank you, TC, for the grouper suggestion!nnHis polar opposite, Caroline, also works the pool- and she is in charge of towels:nCaroline scans the pool, and if you have your towel and drinks sitting there for what she determines to be an hour, she spills out your drinks and takes your towels?!nI am treated better poolside at the complimentary rooms I get in Atlantic City, and expect much more at a place charging me $682 a night.nEverything was great until Caroline spilled out our drinks while we were IN the pool.nThat is not acceptable.nnIf you stick to the beach- you're good. At the pool?nKeep your eyes on your chairs, towels, drinks, etc.nnNext time we'll go to the Marriott...

The room and view were really nice. I'm glad we opted to have daily housekeeping. The spa wasn't very friendly. We understand covid, but to say everyone must have a service to use the hot tub is ridiculous. This adds another 700-800 which is not close to being worth it. The main restaurant is really good for breakfast, but not dinner. The food shouldn't come out cold and be tasteless. Not worth paying $38 for lobster ravioli.

The costumer service is horrible, the employees at the beach and pool are super rude!!! An employee at the beach came towards my family and I with a very nasty attitude not explaining anything and just said “don’t get to comfortable “ and moved the umbrella we had placed without explaining to us the rules, the Jetski rentals are expensive 170 for 30 minutes. In the pool we could not play our music , the employees said they were playing Music but various guest told them, that there was no music and requested to play their own music own their speakers , they denied every attempt, telling us to shut it off , this is a very odd rule , everyone goes to a hotel to relax and have fun and in the Hilton’s environment we could not . There is no smoking allowed ANYWHERE not even public areas like the pool, beach or balconies. We found this hotel very restrictive, employees rude . Not coming again !!!!!!!
