Excellent roof repair! My experience was great from the initial inspection to work completion. The owner promptly scheduled a time to come out and inspect the roof. The inspection to prepare the quote was very thorough. Some other companies I contacted didn't even look at the leak from the attic, and instead just quoted quick fixes rather than a long term solution. I appreciate that James took the time to adequately identify the problem, and then also took the time to explain what needed to be done to make sure the problem didn't occur in the future. The work was started and completed in a very timely fashion without any issues. I would definitely hire again and recommend to anyone requiring roofing work.

James was so quick to respond to our inquiry and provide an estimate. Their price was very competitive and they were able to replace our roof right away. They were very knowledgeable and professional and completed the job within 2 days. They cleaned up afterwards and used industry standards throughout the job. We are very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of First Street Roofing Service. We will definitely use them again.

I never realized we had a roof leak until the last heavy rain this week. The water came through the roof but wound up in the wall, staining the wallpaper in our bedroom. A tech from First Street Roofing Service was able to locate the problem. A shingle tab had been blown loose and the barrier layer was torn. It was not visible from the ground. He was able to replace the section of shingles and match it perfectly. I am very pleased with the great service

I was very impressed with the crew's attention to detail on my large complicated roof. They went above and beyond to ensure a quality roofing system, replacing all flashing, building a cricket to fix a leak, replacing rotten and moldy plywood, and running new venting in my attic to the soffit. The crew chief also did an excellent job replacing and painting rotten soffit and facia boards. The crew and the job supervisor, have been with the company for many years. They protected my property, cleaned up beautifully, were careful, meticulous, hard working and polite. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding job. Came on time with the right materials, immediately went to work. Removed 3 layers of singles and replaced bad wood on the roof. Covered the roof and nailed on new shingles. Completely professional team of experienced installers. The owner and senior roofer visited the site to insure that they were doing the job correctly and meeting company standards. Highly recommend First Street Roofing Service for any roofing needs.
