Michael and his crew were courteous, timely, and professional in their work on our twelve story high-rise (32,000 sq. ft.) roof area. Michael was a contractor that was concerned about us, about providing a high quality roof in a reasonable amount of time. Michael kept us informed throughout the process. He made every appointment on time and always calling to say he would be their or his crew. After deciding to complete our roof with SPF Roofing Systems dumpsters, cranes and a bobcat were staged for our job to begin. Mike made this process extremely easy and organized. I highly recommend SPF Roofing Systems, Inc. to anyone looking for a very reliable and professional roofing company.

After weeks of dealing with Roofing companies I was referred to SPF Roofing Systems and the owner Mike really took care of us! He simplified the whole process and his team of roofers did a wonderful job! They maintained a clean worksite which I genuinely appreciated throughout the process. I saved the best for last, the office manager Brooke was so wonderful to work with. I recommend SPF Roofing Systems for anyone in the market for a new roof.

I highly recommend SPF Roofing Systems, Inc. for installation of your sprayed polyurethane roof or any other roofing needs. SPF’s bid was highly competitive among all bids received and their proposal package by far was the best of all those submitted. The brochure was comprehensive and included all Miami-Dade notice of acceptance materials, product & warranty information, as well as reference contacts. We called several references and all provided excellent reviews. SPF’s warranty was better than all others and included a forward maintenance program. SPF met board members separately at two different recent installation sites to show and explain the finished product. Owner Mike Trussell, was engaged throughout the process providing updates. Phil the Foreman was always on site available to answer questions. Zeb and the installation team all worked efficiently to expedite both demolition and installation. There were a few days where the weather did not cooperate and they made sure to work around and get the project done very quickly. Once the installation was complete our common areas, both walkways and parking lot were clean. Our building was in desperate need of a new roof with multiple leaks. We needed someone we could trust to do the job right, at a fair price and quickly. The SPF team delivered for us.

Shoddy work repairing home's roof from tree branch. Charged lot of money and gave 10 year warranty. Roof began leaking right away. Mike admitted workers did poor job and would be up to tarp and then repair roof. They never showed and now will not return calls. He has claimed he is busy and then in the Bahamas. Probably spending our families money.nAmazing how all these 5 star reviews came after Mike saw my review Theand they all came at one time. 10 year warranty was a 10 year extension after his team supposedly repaired the roof. Mike has told us numerous times he would repair his team's poor work. He was supposed to be out in June but nothing. Don't believe him. Why would we pay $10,000 for a temporary repair. Make sure you go by where he claims his business is located as certified letters come back undeliverable. The only letters that go through are to his lawyer. Make sure he has credit to buy the supplies. Check with St. Augustine Beach and Tennis club Condominium in St. Augustine and see what they say about him.
