Very professional residential builder. Built our house and they give the standard builder's warranty. Had them come back out 11 months later and replaced vent flaps that had fallen off, secure some soffits, and add a vent. They were extremely professional and courteous. I could not be more pleased with our house.nnI didn't get to deal with the crew until now, and wow they were very nice.
Replays are far so far in between. It is such a hurtful feeling when your dealing with Carolyn and she waits 6 hours to respond. Very shameful. I will screen share conversations. Very disheartening when they have a place to call home.
Simply fantastic. The Standarski team came exactly when they said they would. They brought a large team of people who worked quickly and were very conscientious. Their price was fair and we would strongly recommend them!
