This “pharmacy “ should be closed. The staff might as well “give you the finger” when dropping a prescription off at the drive through window.nThey patronize you by saying, “ It will be ready for pick up in a half hour.” You drive up an HOUR later & it’s not ready! “It will be ready in another half hour. “nThis pharmacy is located nearly within a senior community complex of 8,000 units. Most units house two people. We all use CVS.nI called CVS corporate office yesterday to complain about lag time (sometimes two-three weeks) between requested refills & actual refills.nI was patted on the head & told that they would take this issue up with “the authorities.”nCVS KNOWS THEY HAVE SENIOR CITIZENS OVER A BARREL in Century Village East, in Deerfield Beach, Florida.nCVS IS ABUSING senior citizens, by not meeting our needs.nI would recommend Walgreens as opposed to CVS IN DEERFIELD BEACH!

I initially called as a patient trying to refill a prescription and was left on hold with the pharmacy for an HOUR. No staff answered the phone to say will be with you shortly. Then I attempted to call back as a provider just to see if they would answer and still no response. I finally decided to call the general store and spoke to a person in the front staff. This individual got in contact with the staff working the pharmacy. When she returned on the phone she said the pharmacy staff requested I leave a message with her. She is not a pharmacy tech or a pharmacist. This is inappropriate considering I would have to leave my personal protected information including name, date of birth, and prescription requesting refill. They clearly need a refresher on HIPAA. If I had the prescription number I would have gladly used the automated line. Also, I have asked them multiple times to update my phone number because they keep calling my parents home. Although they claim they've updated it, the messages continue to go to my parents. If my insurance hadn’t forced me to use CVS I would be taking my business elsewhere.

Worst CVS I have ever been, the person responsible for the pharmacy and bad manners. always with the expression of the face in a bad mood. the remedies never come with the children's meters and the bottles with the torn labels and left me with doubts if the medicine was really for my daughter.

Always clean... Always have bogos..nThe staff is always courteous and kind

WOW WORST PHARMACY EVER. I AM A HEALTH PROFFESSIONAL AND THE PHARMACY AT THIS CVS IS DISGUSTING. I CALLED TO REFILL A PATIENTS MEDICATION AND I WAS PUT ON HOLD FOR 18 MIN AND THEN THE GUY WHO ANSWERED WAS VERY RUDE AND HUNG UP ON ME BECAUSE I GAVE HIM AN ANSWER HE APPARENTLY DIDNT LIKE.. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRE THEM ALL AND RE-STAFF. HORRIBLE
