I was told by Jim my bike repairs would be completed in 4 days, sounded reasonable. Called that day and an employee said at least 3 more days. 5 days passed the timeframe I was originally given and still no repairs and no bike. Extremely slow service. Now that Quiet Waters trails are gone, there is no reason for a XC rider to go to this shop.

My name is Rick,went in to Jim's Saturday morning at 9:10 AM,thought I would have to come back hours later for a new rim I needed....Jim and his crew took my old rim,transferred the gears over to a new rim and I was out the door in 10 minutes!!ud83dude00...Fantastic shop!...Jim has earned all my business for my bicycle needs!...Thank you Jim and crew!!
