visiting from NYC and was looking for bike lessons. we struck gold with this place. the attention, professionalism, and value was pretty much unbelievable. cannot recommend this place enough, whether it's to buy a bike, service your bike, or teach your kid how to ride.

As ALWAYS, Frenchie’s is the greatest bike shop in town. My family has bought 3 so far from Frenchie and the are awesome bikes. Took mine in today because the seat got loose, and the guys fixed in 5 minutes, no charge (I took care of my guys). DO NOT PURCHASE A BIKE FROM ANYONE ELSE. I need one more, for the wife. We’ll be in soon.

Had the best experience at Frenchie’s! He taught my children how to ride a bike in just a few lessons. We spent so much time at home trying to teach them and looking back we should have gone to Frenchie’s right from the start. Don’t waste your time at home, just bring them to Frenchie’s from the start. Highly highly recommend him!

I brought an older bike in for repairs and was quoted $400-450. I was quoted this price by the mechanic while he was sitting. He never touched my bike, nor did he test or ask any questions regarding the operation of the brakes, shifter, nothing. He did say that he would have to rebuild the shifter only because of the make. He then said you might as well buy a new bike from us, I left with my bike. I went to another bike shop close by and I paid $160 out the door for the replacement of both tires, both tubes, stem, adjustments and lube. Bike rides great, very pleased.

Went the to purchase an adapter to inflate my tire. Upon agreeing to purchase the 12 adaptor the guy says let me show you how it works and ruptured my tire while inflating it. He then turns around and charges me to complete the repair and the cost of a new inner tube. Very poor attitude when I addressed this. I paid him and left before things went the other way. I recommend do not deal with this guy. It was the owner not some errant employee.
