We hired Alfrey Roofing Inc. for a new Metal Roof because they have a reputation for High Quality craftsmanship at reasonable prices. The crews arrived in Late model, clearly lettered company vehicles...No sub contracting. They took great care to protect our property from damage. The finished product is really nice and YES.. We'd hire them again for another property.
Last fall, I signed and emailed the contract. No response. I emailed, called, and visited their office several times. I bothered them to start the job since they offered the lowest estimate. Finally, a man came out to get my signature for the permit from the city in early January. Then they never showed up in two months and Covid-19 came instead. I had to wait another three months. I texted them to know what's going on in early June. No response. So, I visited the city hall to see if any permit has been issued only to my disappointment. No permit issued at all. I decided to look for somebody else before too late for the coming hurricane season.
Placed a new roof on my house a couple of years ago. No issues. Great job, I will use them again if I buy another house.
